OUR FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY ASSURANCE
POLICY Food safety and quality assurance is
FFS Foods number one priority, we always holding a strict
company policy to deliver superior value in every fun food products.
In conjunction with the efforts in pursuing highest quality standard,
our production plants are strictly controlled and monitored with
modern machines for integrated online production. By the way, we
strive for continuous improvement on our Food Safety Management
System. Efforts to meet HACCP requirements were initiated in December
2005, with proper documentation for each stage of production and
the implementation of all prerequisite programs that support the
HACCP plan. In April 2006, FFS Foods (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded
with HACCP Certification. In March 2008, with our strong commitment
in seeking a more focused, coherent and integrated food safety management
system, we then further develop our food safety management system
compliant to ISO 22000:2005 standard. FFS Foods (M) Sdn Bhd attained
ISO 22000: 2005 certification in May 2008. To-date, we fully integrate
ISO 22000: 2005 and HACCP in the management of food safety and quality
assurance.

FOOD
SAFETY POLICY – HACCP SYSTEM
FFS Foods (M) Sdn Bhd strives towards assurance of food safety
of our products through implementation of HACCP System. Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic
preventive approach to food safety hazards. The scope of our
HACCP system is developed to control all activities in processing
from the point of receiving of raw material and packaging material
to ingredient preparation and until the food products are loaded
to be delivered to customer in order to prevent or eliminate
food safety hazards (biological, chemical and physical ) or
reduce it to an acceptable level. |

HALAL
POLICY
“Halal” Certification is recognition that the
products are permissible for Muslim consumption under Islamic
law. All of our products are “Halal” Certified
by Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) and
we are subjected to regular inspection by authorized Islamic
certification bodies. The “Halal” certified status
for all our products provides the assurance that the raw materials,
premises for manufacturing as well as our finished products
are controlled and monitored under stringent hygienic and
sanitary condition in accordance to the requirements of Islamic
Law. |

ISO
22000:2005
ISO 22000:2005 is an International
Standard, which specifies requirements for a food safety
management system that combines the interactive communication,
system management, prerequisite programs and HACCP Principles
to ensure food safety along the food chain, up to the
point of final consumption. It requires an organization:
